Deposit
Once your booking has been finalised, we will take a 30% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance as shown on the invoice which we will send to you that must be paid 5 days before the event.
Payments can be made by bank transfer.
Deposits are taken beforehand as our team will start to prepare your event and to purchase stock ingredients soon after bookings are made.
In the very rare event our team had to cancel, you would be fully refunded.
Final Balance
After the deposit is paid we will require final numbers 14 days prior to the event in order that we can send over a final invoice, to be paid at least 5 days prior to the event day.
Number Of Guests
We have the staff and facilities to cater for up to 150 guests. Our minimum number of guests for our services is 10, but this can be amended for special occasions, please contact us for more information.
Responsibility
It is the hosts responsability to ask their guests whether they have any sort of food allergy and advise them to check our menu for the kind of ingredients we use in our dishes.
Thai food can be hot, sweet, sour and tasty, our chefs will cook to your demands. Please inform them on the day if you would like your dish that little bit more spicy, otherwise they will cook to an edible standard.
